Pure-Col 100% collagen is supplied in tubs containing 90 capsules, which represents one month's supply. You commence with 3 capsules at night with water at least one hour after food and we recommend this dosage for 3 to 6 months, thereafter reducing it to 2 capsules and then 1 depending on how you feel. Each capsule contains 400mg of pure collagen.
